Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No Transfer Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Please review our cancellation and no transfer policy below: Cancellations Made 2 Weeks or More in Advance: If you need to cancel your order at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, you will receive a partial refund of your retainer fee (deposit). Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Weeks in Advance: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will not be eligible for a refund. No Transfer of Dates: Please note that we do not allow transfer of dates for any orders. If you need to change your order date, it will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms outlined above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
